– check if hardware and appliances works correctly

– install new plates ans switches, smoke detectors etc

–  garbage disposals, faucets

– adjust cabinets, closets doors to make sure they close properly

– apply new caulking

– take care of windows blinds, screens etc

– make sure bathroom items are in place and working, replace toilet seats, shower rods,  lights and other

– replace vents, A/C filters etc.
